 Jacky Furlong
Jacky is passionate about the health and wellbeing benefits of regular exercise. She is a very motivated trainer who will help you attain whatever goals you have:

Her interest in fitness through training began during her early years in Christchurch. After subsequently moving with her family to Auckland, her passion continued and exercise became a big part of her life.
In 2005 she moved to Fiji, where she set up her own market research company employing local staff. Her regular attendance at a local gym resulted in her being asked to be a motivational speaker for their clients.
During all of this time she remained convinced as to the value of exercise for health and wellbeing, so much so that upon her return to NZ in 2008, she studied and attained
- Certificate of Fitness Instruction through AUT
- National Certificate in Fitness – Level 3 – through the NZ
Institute of Heath and Fitness
Jacky is a registered exercise professional
Her strengths are in her empathy with those starting an exercise programme and the expertise, support and motivation she can provide.
