Upon receiving both a B.A / B.Comm degree in Japanese and International Business and Marketing from Victoria and Auckland Universities respectively, Lee-Anne began a successful career in sales and marketing, spending much of this time in the Middle East. Since returning from overseas, Lee-Anne has applied her skills, knowledge and discipline learnt in the corporate sector to the field of health, fitness and well-being.

Lee-Anne teaches integrated functional training, with the primary focus on technique, knowledge, efficiencies and shape enhancment. Through this powerful training regimen, Lee-Anne assists people to achieve their life and body goals.

Lee-Anne is a registered Personal Trainer with The New Zealand Register of Exercise Professionals, a qualified Fitness Leader and Instructor through Network New Zealand, has certifications in Special Population Training, Functional Integrated Training, Core Strength Development and Flexibility Training & Assessment endorsed by the American Council of Exercise and is a qualified Sports Nutritionist in association with the NZ Nutrition Foundation. In addition to working with over 100 clients both in New Zealand and Australia, Lee-Anne also works as the Personal Trainer and Presenter for 'Downsize Me' - The New Zealand Health & Fitness Television series.
BRETT

BODY BEYOND / BODY ELITE TRAINER
PRE / POST NATAL EXERCISE SPECIALIST

After being encouraged by the American College of Sports Medicine, Brett qualified himself as a Personal Fitness Trainer and registered as an Elite Trainer in 1994 with the American Council on Exercise.
Brett has since enjoyed great success in this field and specialises as a 'high performance coach'. Under Brett's guidance, support and commitment, his athlete's have achieved National and International success in such diverse fields as Body Building, Kickboxing, Triathlons and Dance. Brett has also recently undergone certification training for the latest Pre and Post Natal training with 'The Amercian Fitness Professionals Association'.

Brett also commits time and energy to his own training and placed 3rd at the 2004 New Zealand Body Building Championships.

Brett skills cover strength conditioning, specific functional movement, core stabilization training, speed and endurance training, and hypertrophy training.

Paul Greenwood

Paul originates from Ireland, and has been on these shores for the past 6 years. Paul has competed in various sports throughout his life, in particular soccer in which he has gone on to coach some of New Zealand's best teenagers at representative level. He has trained several All Whites and Auckland City Football Players over the past 3 years.  

Paul is currently specializing in functional training and sport specific training in particular Golf. He is working with some of New Zealand's best Professional and Amateur Golfers along side Golf Works NZ Ltd. Paul has recently become a Qualified Titleist Perfomance Institute Fitness Trainer.

Paul also has a a keen interest in Boxing/Kick boxing and is renowned  for his no nonsense  'Crunch & Punch Sessions'. On top of this he is currently training Michelle Preston 'World Kick-Boxing Champion'

Other professional athlete's Paul has worked with have come from a wide range of sports including  Power Lifting, Rugby , Netball, Triathlon, Hockey.

Jacky Furlong

 

Jacky is passionate about the health and wellbeing benefits of regular exercise. She is a very motivated trainer who will help you attain whatever goals you have:

Her interest in fitness through training began during her early years  in Christchurch. After subsequently moving with her family to Auckland, her passion continued and exercise became a big part of her life.

 

In 2005 she moved to Fiji, where she set up her own market research company employing local staff. Her regular attendance at a local gym resulted in her being asked to be a motivational speaker for their clients.

 

During all of this time she remained convinced as to the value of exercise for health and wellbeing, so much so that upon her return to NZ in 2008, she studied and attained

- Certificate of Fitness Instruction through AUT

- National Certificate in Fitness – Level 3 – through the NZ     

Institute of Heath and Fitness

 

Jacky is a registered exercise professional

 

Her strengths are in her empathy with those starting an exercise programme and the expertise, support and motivation she can provide.
